About

New Jersey's healthcare resource platform

Founded in Monmouth County. Serving all 21 New Jersey counties.

Our story

Healthcare information in NJ was scattered. So we organized it.

Shore Health Connect began along the Jersey Shore when a high school student started collecting clinics and assistance programs that actually helped families — and published them in plain language.

Today it's a statewide directory used from Cape May to Bergen County, maintained by student and community volunteers. Free to use, no account required.

What we do

Three things, done well.

Connect residents to care

We research and publish free, low-cost, and sliding-scale health resources across all 21 New Jersey counties.

Support student pathways

We map healthcare careers, shadowing, scholarships, and certifications for NJ high school and college students.

Build community initiatives

We develop wellness, mental health, and outreach programs with local partners statewide.
