Connect Families
We research and list free, low-cost, and sliding-scale clinics, hospitals, food assistance, mental health services, and insurance programs across New Jersey.
A student-led nonprofit connecting New Jersey families to the care they deserve — across all 21 counties.
Shore Health Connect was founded by a Monmouth County, NJ student who saw firsthand how difficult it was for local families to find and navigate healthcare resources. What started as personal research into local clinics and assistance programs grew into a community-facing initiative — one that believes every family deserves a clear, easy path to care regardless of income, insurance status, or background.
What started as a hyperlocal initiative for the Jersey Shore has grown into a statewide effort — connecting New Jersey families from Cape May to Bergen County to free and low-cost healthcare resources.
To connect every Jersey Shore family to free and low-cost healthcare resources, wellness education, and preventive care — and to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals through hands-on student engagement.
Healthcare information should be easy to find, free, and clearly explained for every family.

We invest in the next generation of healthcare leaders through real responsibility.
We only list resources we have vetted and would refer a family member to.
We meet families where they are, without judgment about income, status, or background.
